Who we are

SaabAI Prep is provided by Bernardo Saab, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom ("we", "us"). Contact:bsaab02@gmail.com, [POSTAL ADDRESS - to be added before launch].

The service

SaabAI Prep helps you prepare for AI and machine learning interviews with a question bank, AI-graded practice, discussion, mock interviews, and (on Premium) a personal interview coach. Feedback is generated by AI models. It can be wrong or incomplete, it is not professional career advice, and we do not guarantee any interview outcome.

Your account

• You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to create an account.
• Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per account. Paid plans are for your personal use and may not be shared or resold.

Plans, payment, and renewal

• Free is free. Pro and Premium are monthly subscriptions, charged in GBP through Stripe when you subscribe and on the same date each month after that.
• Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Manage subscription on the pricing page. Paid access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• If a renewal payment fails, Stripe will retry it and you keep access for a short period while it does. If payment still fails, your account returns to Free.
• We may change prices for future billing periods. We will tell you by email at least 30 days before a change affects you, and you can cancel before it applies.
• Your right to cancel within 14 days is explained in Cancellation and refunds.

Acceptable use

Don't:

• copy, scrape, export in bulk, or republish the question bank or worked answers, or use them to train AI models;
• try to get around plan limits, usage quotas, or access controls;
• upload content you don't have the right to share, or content that is unlawful; or
• interfere with the service or other users.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Where we close a paid account for a serious breach, we won't refund the current period.

Content

The question bank, answers, tutorials, and site design belong to us. Your practice answers, discussions, and uploaded documents stay yours; you let us process them only to provide the service to you, as described in thePrivacy notice.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided as it is, and features may change. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under UK law, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and law

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you before the change takes effect. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
